VAT EXEMPTION
SHIPMENTS TO CUSTOMERS OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY:
Product prices that are published on the website PASPOURTOUS reflect the actual retail price of the goods.
SHIPMENTS TO U.S.A., SWITZERLAND, JAPAN:
Product prices that are published on the website PASPOURTOUS reflect the actual retail price of the goods, which include IMPORT FEES (based on the customer' s home Country regulation).
SHIPMENTS TO ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS:
Product prices that are published on the website PASPOURTOUS are exempt from Italian Valued Added Tax.
Please be reminded that shipments destined outside the European Community are subject to import fees (DDU DELIVERY DUTIES UNPAID) based on the client' s home Country regulations. Payment of these DDU fees is the sole responsibility of the client.
SHIPMENTS THAT DO NOT CLEAR CUSTOM'S SUCCESSFULLY IN THE CLIENT'S HOME COUNTRY DUE TO THE NON-COMPLIANCE OF IMPORT REGULATIONS RISK BEING RETURNED TO ITALY AT THE CLIENT'S EXPENSE. ALL RE-IMPORT FEES ASSESSED TO PACKAGES RETURNING TO ITALY AND THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPMENT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY EVENTUAL REIMBURSEMENT.

Bank Wire Transfer
PASPOURTOUS: accepts Bank Wire Transfer as an alternative method of payment.
Selecting Bank Wire Transfer payment, the merchanise will be held for 1 week.
PASPOURTOUS requires the copy of payment within 48 hours by fax (+39 02 40700987) or email ([email protected]).

SHIPMENT INFORMATION
Shipments worldwide are with DHL EXPRESS. Shipments within Italy are delivered by DHL EXPRESS. Please note, couriers will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
As per laws regulating commerce and trade, all shipments are accompanied with an official invoice with the declared values of each item in Euro. Discounted items reflect discounted prices.
DDP (Delivery Duty Paid)
Shipments in the European Economic Community calculate import duties, custom fees but not the VAT tax on the price published on the web site. The VAT tax has to be added to the shipment fees.

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain (UK), Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)
The prices of the products published on the web site PASPOURTOUS.IT reflect the actual retail price of the goods which not include the local Italian VAT taxes.
Orders shipped outside of the European Economic Community are exempt from Italian Valued Added Tax. The order will be calculated on line less the Italian Value Added Tax and the final invoice will reflect this tax exemption.
Shipments outside of the European Economic Community are subject to import duties, local taxes and customs fees.
Payment of these DDU fees is the sole responsibility of the Client. PASPOURTOUS.IT informs Clients outside of the European Community, prior to dispatching shipments, that payment of DDU fees are the Client's responsibility as per their home country's policies.
Vat Exemption DDU Continents: Africa, North America, South America, Australia and Asia.
Vat Exemption DDU European Continent Countries outside of the European Economic Community: Gibraltar, Jersey, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway and Switzerland.
Shipments to the UNITED STATES - please note:
To receive an import, the US government custom's agency requires a social security number or NON US Citizen Import Number - CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number. The process to obtain a CBP assigned import number generally takes 10 business days.

SHIPMENT DATE
Orders are shipped from PASPOURTOUS.IT in Milan, Italy from Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (CET) Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on Monday.
AVAILABLE MERCHANDISE: IMMEDIATE SHIPPING
Orders for available merchandise, based on the confirmation of the availability of the merchandise and verification of the Bank Transaction, are shipped the following day after the order has been placed. Credit Cards are debited immidiately at the moment the order is processed based on the verification of the Bank Transaction.
WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM OUR CLIENTS THAT SOME ITEMS AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE MAY INVOLVE A DELAY IN DELIVERY DUE TO THESE ITEMS BEING HELD IN OUR EXTERNAL WAREHOUSE.
PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE: SHIPMENT IS UPON THE ARRIVAL OF THE MERCHANDISE
Orders for "Pre-Order" merchandise will be shipped once the payment has been verified and the merchandise is in stock. Credit Cards are debited immidiately at the moment the order is placed based on the verification of the Bank Transaction.
For orders placed on "Pre-Order" goods by Wire Transfer the payment has to be made at the moment the order is placed.

Import Fees
PASPOURTOUS.IT shipments outside of the European Community are exempt VAT (Italian Value Added Tax) BUT ARE SUBJECT TO IMPORT FEES.
Payment of these DDU fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.
Please note: if a parcel is not withdrawn, for any reason, any eventual shipping or import fees related to the authomatic return of DHL to PASPOURTOUS.IT office, will be deducted from the refund.
We remind first–time Clients that PASPOURTOUS.IT will request its bank to contact the Client's bank for approval of the charges. This verification will delay immediate shipping.
SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE placing a signature for the receipt of the merchandise.
If the Client will receive a box that had been by the Custom or by the Courier from external inspections, the parcel would be with a control security seal.
For any reason, if the box looks tampered or the official adhesive tape is NOT intact, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the box has been signed for with anunauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered, be sure to open a claim immediately with the local DHL Office and contact PASPOURTOUS.IT
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason, Clients are not satisfied with the order, the unused item(s) can be returned within 10 days of delivery. Clients must follow the official PASPOURTOUS.IT RETURN POLICY as stated here below:
- RETURN TAG AND ANY SECURITY SEAL INTACT AND THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN WORN: Must be attached to the item(s) with the original SECURITY SEAL. This Return Tag and any Security Seal must not be removed or cut in any way.
- WRITTEN REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION: Clients must contact [email protected] with a written request to return the item(s) within 10 days from the date of delivery. The written request must include the Item Code Number(s) of the item(s) to be returned and the compensation for the return: refund, size exchange or color exchange.
- CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH RETURN AUTHORIZAITON NUMBER: Once the written request is received, [email protected] will send a written confirmation to the Client including the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Clients must write this RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER externally on the box.
- ORIGINAL CONDITION: The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion.
- 10 DAYS: The return of the unused item(s) must reach PASPOURTOUS within 10 days of the written confirmation from [email protected]
- RETURN SHIPMENTS ARE FREE OF CHARGE: any eventual import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the client.
- PASPOURTOUS.IT recommends that all returns be shipped using DHL as their tracking numbers can be processed by the customer service team and allow them to grant free return shipments. If clients wish to use another courier that is not DHL, they are free to do so but they will be liable for all shipping costs as well as an additional fee of 10% of the total value of the merchandise that is being returned.
- DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: In the case of defective merchandise, or an error in the order onthe part of PASPOURTOUS.IT, Clients must follow the instructions above. PASPOURTOUS.IT reserves the right to request photographic support for returns regarding defective merchandise before authorizing the return and the eventual charges for the shipment and import fees. PASPOURTOUS.IT will ship Clients the returned corrected goods free of charge or will refound the incur expences. PASPOURTOUS.IT reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
PASPOURTOUS.IT will not accept any items that have been worn, washed or altered for any reason.
paspourtous.it reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise and assess re-stocking fees depending on the state of the returned merchandise.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Items featured on the web site reflect the actual availability of the item in color and size. The site is linked to all the holdings of PASPOURTOUS.IT.
Once the order is processed by the Orders Department PASPOURTOUS.IT reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction's validity and check the Client's record with PASPOURTOUS.IT Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client's request.
